不需要重新安裝遊戲。按下方按鈕寄出申請；我們會要求最少限度的帳號驗證，以免他人冒用你的身分刪除資料。
You do not need to reinstall the game. Send the request below. We will perform the minimum account verification needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
寄出刪除申請 / Email deletion request遊戲內操作 / In-app path
- 開啟「設定」→「帳號」→「刪除帳號」。
- 閱讀刪除內容並再次確認。
- 連線完成驗證後送出；工作階段會立即撤銷。
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, review the deletion summary, confirm again, and submit while online. Active sessions are revoked immediately after verification.
會刪除的資料 / Data deleted
- 遊戲帳號、Google Play Games 綁定與登入工作階段
- 雲端存檔、關卡進度、製造樹、材料與伺服器端遊戲狀態
- 獎勵廣告待領取記錄與非必要的支援關聯資料
This includes the game account, Google Play Games binding and sessions, cloud saves, campaign and crafting progress, materials, server-side game state, pending rewarded-ad records, and nonessential linked support data.
可能保留的資料 / Data that may be retained
為遵守法令、處理退款、稅務與防止付款或獎勵詐欺，我們可能保留最小化且受限制的交易／防重複摘要與刪除稽核記錄。這些資料不再用於遊戲營運或行銷。
Minimal, access-restricted transaction, anti-replay, and deletion-audit records may be retained when required for law, refunds, tax, or fraud prevention. They are not reused for gameplay or marketing.
處理時間與本機資料 / Timing and local data
驗證完成後，帳號資料通常於 30 天內刪除或匿名化；加密備份最晚於 90 天輪替移除。若 App 仍在裝置上，本機進度可能繼續存在；請在 Android 設定中清除 App 資料或解除安裝以移除本機副本。
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days, with encrypted backups rotating within 90 days. Local progress may remain on the device; clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove that local copy.
